Bill Thomas
Bill Thomas, Broker of Bill Thomas Home Team LLC is a 40-year veteran of the housing industry. In addition to building a large property management business with over a 150 residential and commercial properties, Bill has been active in residential resale marketing activities, national builder division management and providing settlement services such as title insurance, loan closings and residential appraisals. Bill is a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI). He has received numerous awards for real estate sales and marketing.
Bill has enjoyed being active in the community through his service as President of a local Realtor board. He is also a former Secretary and Executive Board member and small business trainer for the Chamber of Commerce and served as Vice President of a local Business Association.
Bill served in the United States Marine Corps from 1969 until 1975.

Kaylan Prevo is a seasoned Property Manager with over 21 years of expertise in managing multifamily and single family properties. She specializes in maximizing property value, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring seamless maintenance operations. Born and raised in Volusia County, Kaylan possesses an in-depth understanding of the local market and community, allowing her to deliver exceptional service tailored to the area’s unique needs.
Kaylan’s commitment to excellence is evident in her dedication to providing superior customer service and exceeding client expectations. Her strong leadership skills and proven track record make her a trusted partner in the real estate industry.
Outside of work, Kaylan enjoys camping, boating, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, their four children, and her grandson. She values creating lasting memories with family and friends, which reflects her passion for building meaningful connections both personally and professionally.
